Ask about availability

Session options

Two ways to meet.

In person

Contact Rubén directly for the practice location and availability for an in-person session.

Online

Ask about the arrangements for remote support and the practical details for an online session.

The first meeting

Beginning, step by step.

  1. Open the conversation

Send a WhatsApp message or email. You can briefly explain what brings you to seek support.

  2. Ask your questions

Ask about the approach, fees, session length and the session option you need.

  3. Arrange your appointment

Confirm the day, time and practical details with Rubén, whether you meet in person or online.

Before you begin

How can I request an appointment?

The WhatsApp button opens a chat with Rubén and a message you can edit before sending. You can also email him. Your appointment is confirmed directly with him.

Do I need to know exactly what to say?

You can begin by explaining what brings you to seek support, in whatever words you have at that moment. You can also ask questions before arranging an appointment.

Where can I find session times and fees?

Availability, session length, fees and appointment arrangements are confirmed directly when you get in touch.

What can I ask at the first meeting?

You can ask how Rubén works, about his training and experience with your concerns, what goals you might set and how you would review progress. You can also discuss what you need to feel comfortable in the consultation.

Is what I share confidential?

Ask at the first meeting how your information is protected, what limits confidentiality has, and how records and communication outside sessions are handled. Understanding these arrangements helps you decide what to share and through which channel.

How many sessions will I need?

Duration and frequency are discussed in relation to your situation and goals. You can ask how you will review what is helping and what to do if the support needs adjusting.

What should I ask about an online session?

Ask about the platform, connection requirements and whether support is available from your location. Please confirm the session language directly with Rubén.
